Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
The product is damaged or defective
Wrong product is delivered
Items or accessories are missing
Product does not match the description
? For damaged or incomplete orders, the return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper images.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Product is no longer required
Product has been used or damaged by the customer
Customized or made-to-order products
Items marked as non-returnable
Products purchased under special deals, clearance, or combo offers
Go to My Orders → Select Product → Request Return
Upload product images and required details
After approval:
Pickup will be arranged (if available), OR
You may need to self-ship the product
Returned products must be:
Unused and in original condition
With original packaging, invoice, and all accessories
All returned items undergo inspection within 1–2 business days
If approved → further action (refund/replacement) will be processed
If rejected → product will be sent back to the customer
Some product categories may not be eligible for return
Valid proof (images/unboxing video) may be required
